Sustainable Designs has teamed up with the developers of The Wilton Woods Subdivision to offer a community of sustainable homes in beautiful Saratoga County. The Wilton Woods Subdivision is located in the Town of Wilton on the east side of Edie Road, between New York State Route 50 and Louden Road. With 22 homesite sites available ranging from .9 acres to 7 acres, there are lots to fit everyone's taste. Our model home is built on Lot 1 and is ready for immediate occupancy.
